Hi, my name is Darren.
I am an experienced Tai Chi Instructor.

After studying Tai Chi and Qigong for several years I completed a 3 year Tai Chi instructors course, followed by a 3 year Qigong practitioners course under Masters Karel & Eva Koskuba, 20th Generation Disciples of the Chen family and founders of the Chinese Internal Arts Association in the UK.
I have attended seminars with Grand Master Chen Xiaowang, his son Master Chen Ying Jun & also his nephew Master Chen Bing. I continue to train with and learn from my teachers.
I am a registered teacher with the Chinese Internal Arts Association.
I teach Chen style Tai Chi Chuan (taijiquan) and Chi Kung (Qigong)
in Swindon and the surrounding areas.​​​​
What is Tai Chi?

Tai chi is a gentle, low-impact exercise that has been shown to have a wide range of health benefits. It is a mind-body practice that combines slow, flowing movements with deep breathing and meditation.
